Services provided by the facility:

Timed pseudopregnant females to use as recipients.

Will house mice until ready to be weaned.

Responsibilities of the investigator:

· Provide e0.5 fertilized eggs through e3.5 blastocysts in M2 medium.

· Submit a “service request form”.

Rederivation of Mouse Line Fee includes:

$430 for rederivation of genetically altered mice from fertilized eggs or blastocysts.

        Any animals left with the facility longer than 3 weeks after tail biopsies have been         returned for genotyping will be charged to the investigator at $2.00/ day/ cage of         animals.
