Determination of chromosome number of ES cells.

Services provided by the facility:

Preparation of 50 chromosome spreads. 

Will count and determine percentage of euploid cells.

Responsibilities of the investigator:

· Provide the facility with frozen ampoule of ES cells.

· Submit a “service request form”.

Karyotyping Fee includes:

Chromosome count from 50 spreads.
