SCRUBBER-2 combines data processing and analysis into one package. It is capable of loading data from Biacore 2000, 3000, S51, T100 and Flexchip platforms.

SCRUBBER-2 can automatically zero and crop data, align injection times, subtract responses from reference surfaces, correct for excluded volume effects (DMSO), fit equilibrium binding curves, convert KDs to % bound, as well as determine on and off rates.

SCRUBBER also generates reports and offers convenient data graphing options.
