The Center has been a leader in developing software and models required for the analysis of biosensor data. CLAMP was the first dedicated biosensor software package to combine numerical integration and global data analysis in an easy-to-use format. SCRUBBER was the first program designed to automate data processing.

SCRUBBER-2 combines data processing and fitting functions into one easy to use program significanly improving data quality and reducing analysis time. We continue to develop new software programs as biosensor applications evolve.
