HA-flow cell

The flow cell in the S51 has two inlets and one outlet. By controlling the flow rate of buffer and sample introduced into the flow cell, the instrument is capable of immobilizing ligands on either side of the flow cell, while maintaining the center as a reference surface.

Data quality is significantly improved by having the reference located very close to the reaction surface and exposed to analyte at the same time.
