Biacore T100 is designed to support both basic life science and drug discovery applications. It features a novel flow cell design which improves referencing between reaction cells. It also contains a buffer selector value which makes it possible to test binding under 4 different buffer conditions. The sample compartment is temperature controled and the instrument contains an online buffer degasser.
