- We do not offer gel electrophoresis or gel staining services;
the user must provide the gel or gel band/spot to the MS Facility
- We do not offer protein preparations or protein isolations from cells, tissues, or other biological matrices
- We do not offer analytical HPLC services for sample purification or fraction collection.
- We do not offer on-line UV detection with LC sample introductions.
- We do not accept or analyze radioactive samples.
- We do not offer special “stat”, “same day” or high-urgency analyses for extra cost.
- On-line 2D HPLC analysis of protein digests (i.e. on-line tandem SCX and C18 RP LC columns for sample introductions)
